This person will play a key role in enhancing and executing people processes to boost efficiency, satisfaction, and culture alignment while also managing daily people operations seamlessly. What you'll be doing? ✅ Your primary objective is to ensure smooth people-related operations and drive our core values and culture forward. ✅ Manage the HRIS, performance management system and PEO relationship from a policy, compliance, and day-to-day standpoint. ✅ Oversee and develop effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans. What we're looking for? 🏆 Experience in a People Ops role before. 🏆 Experience working in a small start-up (500 people or less) 🏆 Experience with the above "What you'll be doing?" section. HRIS systems are critical, no doubt. But I'd argue that both HR leaders and employees are on the receiving end of that bureaucratic hell - at the cost of the business' ease of having data and processes consolidated in once place (cost efficiencies). Are these platforms really built for HR leaders, to drive strategic business impact? I'd argue they are built for operational, administrative leaders to gather data and run processes. Which is important. But HR leaders need and deserve more than that.
