My supervisor mantra is "Action without delay is secret to efficiency ".As a quantity surveyor I have come to learn that, time is our biggest asset. We get paid for our time. And,for us it's always very important to act as soon as yesterday, otherwise our services losses the essence; 1.Do the BOQ immediately before the client losses interest. 2.Do a valuation before the client decides to do the payment without it. 3.Do the variation orders before the works are executed. 4.Do the financial appraisals immediately there's change in spec or scope. #quantitysurveyor #commercialmanager

Commercial Clean Group UK, is a leading commercial cleaning company committed to providing highly quality cleaning services throughout the UK proudly built on reputation.
The best thing about working in construction cleaning? Seeing a site come together for handover. Definitely something that feels like a massive achievement. The combined results from a team of trades working together to achieve one final goal! If I had my time again I'd probably delve more into construction, project managing or perhaps a quantity surveyor, but for now I'll take the win in being the last trade in to make the work and site, a picture perfect finish. #womeninconstruction #construction #cleaning
