#rejections, #terminations, and #resignation from #employment due to my #disabilities has been a fairly regular occurrence in my #career. #disabilityemploymentawareness is a huge factor I take into account when #jobseeking now, and with how little #accomodation is made available to #disabled #workers, I am strongly considering a complete #careerchange into #owneroperator of my own #smallbusiness in #art and #photography... a full #pivot from where I started in #biologics and #pharmaceuticals. #recruiters, #HR, #corporations & #companies truly need to take into account that having #disabilityawareness and #disabilitysupport helps maintain excellent employees who may need more #flexibility in #workinghours, #breaktime, and potential #leave to treat their #healthconcerns so that they CAN #returntowork... or at the very least, #parttimework and #workfromanywhere should be offered and discussed with the #employee BEFORE giving the "#resign or be #fired" ultimatum. So... with that said, I am #opentowork in an array of #positions, but ONLY within companies who will provide the #resources, #understanding, #compassionateleadership, and #disabilitysupport to everyone who may need it. Remember, #hiringmanagers and #teamleaders, there is a #reason you selected this person to work for you. #equalityatwork #equalityforall and #equitydiversityinclusion are important aspects of bringing #brilliantminds in your doors... keep them there. #endthestigma #disabilityisnotinability

DO NOT DIE FOR YOUR EMPLOYER. #profitsoverpeople mentality is a direct influence on the deterioration of the #healthandsafety of your #employees Never #forceyourself to #endure #suffering for the sake of the "hard work and perseverance" #lies you were told... Dear #linkedin, If you received this cover letter, would you hire the person if they had all the requisite skills: "I am a chaos creature: a non-binary, born female, fat femme with curves in all the best places. I am "overly confident" in my ability to succeed as a content creator and artist, which is why I keep posting my work, and not care much when most of it flops. As Malcom Gladwell stated in his 2008 book, "Outliers," it takes about 10,000 hours of practice to become a master of something. I want to be a master of my art and online presence. I want to be a master of healing, growth, and support for each human on this earth, regardless of circumstances. I'm practicing mastery in these areas already. I'm documenting my progress online for the world to watch me grow. When you see how far I've come, you'll know how far I'll go. What you'll see in this world, you may never know. However, beauty abounds, time ebbs and flows. But the internet is forever, be careful what you post. With grace and sincerity, I bid the hiring team adieux. Good luck finding someone weirder than me. They ain't out there."

Samantha Sherman, BS, MBA is #opentowork ! #LinkedIn do your thing! Let's find an #opportunity for her!
Hi Everyone! After 2 very long months of job hunting and applications, I have still not been able to secure a new job. I’m looking for employment opportunities in the veterinary field (preferably in practice management) but I am open to non-licensed/certified technician positions. Additionally, I am open to entry level business, finance, operational, and marketing jobs in any field. If anyone has any connections and/or opportunities, I would love to connect and share my detailed resume. Thank you all for your help!
