Yeah, laughter makes the medicine go down go down easier for sure. And I think ace I, I mean, I give a lot of credit to the org too, because you have to have. You have to have leadership that understands that that works too. And you have to have, you know, they've kind of done a really impressive thing of like building out, I would call it like almost like a little media house. You know, we almost run that way where it's a symbiotic relationship between like our creator marketing work and our our paid ads team. And then there's organic social and calms. People are buying billboards. So it's kind of almost like a little mini agency that's almost working more in a for profit mindset than a nonprofit. And I think that's that's really like. Novel and cool that aces very supportive of that kind of concept. Finally they brought that up because I think 9 times out of 10 you will have creative people and they hit a brick wall because the leadership is like, oh, I don't know about that right until I mean it's really easy to see something working, you know, 2.6 million viewers right and be like Oh yeah, great. It's that time beforehand when you have to pitch the idea and go no, this will be this will be this will work. Yeah, I think Brianna got brought up a good point. We were just in the sense of like. So we are both from the for profit world and then came into the nonprofit space and there are a bunch of our colleagues who also did the same thing. And so we can kind of take those strategies that you learn in your profit space and bring them into the nonprofit world and kind of see, well, if they've done well and they've worked successfully over there, why can't they work successfully over here? And kind of translating those two things is really, I think what our program has done, if I may say, successfully. So. Yeah, absolutely continuing that. Focus for sure. You are absolutely allowed to say successfully. I mean prerequisite is that if, if we're talking about this on the pod, something went right. Like, you know, it's like, it's good. Yeah. You know, it's like, I, I think about all the all the time. I'm like, I only get to have conversations with like, cool people who do like, really cool things. Like I'm never having a conversation. Like, it'd be really weird to be on the pot and be like, OK, so your campaign was viewed by four people. Tell me how that works.
