ACE is seeking a Political Analyst to be an integral part of our new Policy and Communications team and play a strategic role in partnership with ACE’s 501(c)4 affiliate Climate Emergency Advocates in identifying races up and down the ballot where decisions are made to either advance clean energy or continue the fossil fuel status quo. The Political Analyst will be the resident expert in key races, candidates, election polling and research and will share this knowledge across the team and our network of youth to leverage tools and tactics to be able to have the greatest impact possible and open avenues toward power-building and policy wins. This role will also collaborate with the Research & Experimentation to identify gaps in message testing research that can inform our work and that of the broader field as well as provide political insights to inform fundraising proposals in collaboration with the Development Team. • Schedule: Full Time • Annual salary range: $70,000-80,000 • Generous benefits included • ACE is an equal-opportunity employer that highly values staff diversity • Location: Remote
