As National Truck Driver Appreciation Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to honor and celebrate the hardworking men and women who have shaped the foundation of logistics across America. Truck drivers are the unsung heroes of the supply chain, delivering essential goods that keep the nation moving — and Rap Snacks is no exception. From the early days of the trucking industry, truck drivers have played an instrumental role in connecting businesses and consumers, from coast to coast. What began in the 1900s with the introduction of the first motor trucks has grown into one of the most critical sectors of our economy. Over the past century, trucking has revolutionized the way companies distribute goods, and Rap Snacks is proud to be part of that legacy. At the heart of our own logistics operations is Arcaden Transportation Management, whose drivers and team members make sure that all products reach communities all across the nation, on time and in perfect condition. Whether navigating through bustling cities or rural roads, they ensure that every product is delivered safely to stores, so our customers can always find their favorite flavors. We would not be where we are today without the relentless dedication of these drivers. Their long hours, resilience in the face of challenges, and unwavering professionalism enable us to grow and reach new heights. To every driver on the road — especially those in the Arcaden Transportation Management family — we say THANK YOU. Your work is more than just a job; it’s a vital part of Rap Snacks' success and the backbone of our mission to disrupt the snack industry. You are appreciated not just this week, but every day. #NationalTruckDriverAppreciationWeek #TruckDrivers #ArcadenTransportation #RapSnacks #SupplyChainHeroes #Logistics #ThankYouTruckers #TruckingLife #DrivingOurSuccess

Want to know how I used traffic cones to check on my team's mindset towards change??? 🧀 🏃♂️ 🏃♂️ 💨 Earlier this year we began training our team to place cones around their vans when they park for safety and visibility. Surprisingly enough, this was a habit that took some serious effort to instill!! We bought the cones, put it on the checklists, reminded the team in huddles... everything except doing it for them. Excuses like: "They take up too much room in the truck" or "They take too much time to set out" were the immediate response. Around the same time of rolling out this new policy, we read "Who Moved My Cheese" and "QBQ." The goal here was to get the team to understand how to adapt to change and to have some personal accountability in everything they do. So, when I was visiting a job site this week, I saw one our newest tech's truck like this. I saw two beautifully placed cones and that's when I knew!!! Seeing the team embrace change and take their success into their own hands is a really exciting thing to see, even in the little things!! ❓ What are the cones in your business that represent the team moving with the cheese???? 👇 👇

Managing a courier fleet in Yerevan is an art that I strive to master every day. Picture a complex symphony where each courier is a note, and I am the conductor aiming to create harmony out of chaos. It's not an easy task, especially when entrusted with a fleet operating at a mere 23.4% efficiency. But I don't shy away from challenges. I see this as an opportunity to turn our fleet into a benchmark for others to follow. Every day, we work tirelessly to increase efficiency and the quality of our service. We study data, analyze processes, and constantly seek new ways to optimize. As a conductor, I aim for each courier to play their part in this symphony with precision and enthusiasm. We build a team where each member understands their role and the value of their contribution. And perhaps most importantly, I believe in our success. Despite our initial efficiency, we see a path to growth and improvement. We strive to become better every day, and I'm confident that with our determination and pursuit of excellence, we can achieve great results. Thus, I see managing the courier fleet not only as a business task but also as an opportunity to transform our team into a true orchestra of successful deliveries, inspiring and impressing with our achievements. #Delivery_Yerevan
