The value chain is a model that allows the structure of an organization to be described as a limited set of processes. To make this more tangible, our colleagues from Lohmann & Rauscher Italia had a great idea: the value chain took on the appearance of a board game for a few hours. It was a recreational-educational experience that was created with the clear objective to make everyone aware of the skills, tasks and processes of each department. The project was strongly supported by L&R Italy Managing Director Claudio Guerra. He wanted to underline the high value that every single member of the team has in the company and for its processes and success.
