Someone hacked my Activison account and I just bought black ops 6. Now I can't play the beta. I filed a case as soon as I found out and haven't heard a single thing back back yet. It's been about 2 weeks, they website says response in 2 days. My first case shows "Closed" when I never got any response and even when entering a case, it doesn't appear in "My Case" list. Almost like they are just completely ignoring me. I've never been hacked or banned, on this or anything else.

We want our deleted maps and the warzone in the call of duty MW1,what you have done to us is not fair! Why let our players play the new game by deleting maps in the old game? Why not through improving the quality? Why? You would finally lose the players!

Hi Blizzard, I have cancelled my subscription months ago but you are still changing my credit card. I cannot get in touch with anyone on your support site or through my battle .net account. Please contact me so I can arrange for Blizzard to stop charging my credit card and get a refund for the money you have charged me without my authorization
