I've seen a surge of "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." bans for people who've had their accounts hacked, mine included. When are you planning to resolve these? We shouldn't have to pay for the lack of security on your servers. Then you make your phone lines unavailable. You can't message on Twitter or Facebook. So tell us, what do we need to do to talk to an actual human being who can do the research and see that these bans are made in error? I was banned from a game I don't even have installed. You want us to buy new games but can't even ensure the ability to play it once you buy. Please fix this. Help me secure my account, your email support is sending generic unhelpful bot responses. Where is your quality assurance?

Thank you to a guy called Des @ activision support, you read the emails and got me back up and running. After someone got in to it and got me banned. Just a real shame that over a month ago no one else wanted to help. Des you have my gratitude 🙏,

Activision Activision Blizzard Sony Is this how you illustrate how you ban people for "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data." Even if they've done nothing wrong? Still awaiting an acceptable response where you resolve an honest paying customers dispute?

You have no respect for us healthy players! You only ask for money to continue (which I will not give you anymore) and you are unable to contain the cheaters and have Seever where every day there is LAG!

Activision you are shameful, you don't know how to do your job, all the lobbies with cheaters and with all the wrong ranks, we asked you for VERDANSK and you didn't listen to us, you deserve to fail!
