1.      So, what exactly is ISO 45003? Published in 2021 by the International Organisation for Standardisation, ISO 45003 is the first global standard giving practical guidance on managing psychological health and safety at work. It emphasises moving the responsibility of employee psychological safety and #psychosocialrisks from being solely in the HR realm to an OH&S issue. 2.      How do I achieve an ISO 45003 implementation? The United Pledge is a 4-step workplace wellbeing program specifically designed with ISO 45003 accreditation in mind. The process starts with a “Commitment” and “Assessment” to determine your change program “Priorities”. Over time, this will enable you to gain recognition and “Accreditation” to standards such as ISO 45003. 3.      And what tangible benefits does an ISO 45003 “Accreditation” provide? #Thank you to all our speakers, attendees and exhibitors who joined our fifth half day conference in Cardiff yesterday. It was another fantastic event where we convened #HR and #wellbing professionals. This week, our wellbeing team have been out and about meeting with teams across both our Countess and Ellesmere Port Hospital sites to encourage our staff to give their feedback and comments to help us improve our services via a quarterly survey. The national People Pulse survey is one of several ways our staff can give their views, contribute ideas and raise concerns. It is an opportunity for our staff to provide real-time feedback about how they're feeling and where they think we can make improvements.
