Can we teach it? I think trying to get a consensus country-wide is a lot like teaching a class — there are tremendous amounts of backdrop, background, back door aspects. Not everyone learns or is ready at times, the objective is not a 100% buy-in but rather touchstones that help people and populations progress. Spirit is unanimously the trigger and catalyst to change and this comes from all places, from a wide scope of areas, with no singular attribute more potent than another. Anyone proclaiming to be a good Christian, or a "scholar" or a messiah are dangerous of losing sight of the fabric within the commonality of humanity. It is never a zero sum game, not a winner takes all and instead it is an united effort of decency, of diplomacy, of doing what is right. That's it. Yesterday marks a historic moment in time for all of us to re-set, to realign, to commit to doing more, doing better regardless of background or symbolic behavior beholden to beliefs that like anything are meant to evolve and improve. We are all polyneering, all Polyneers, making our way, making our own luck so.

I love our end of year process of reviewing our year, discussing the lessons, celebrating our successes, and planning for the future.
