Losing sucks! Yes, but it is important for the #agency to understand why they lost the #pitch and what they could do better in the next pitch. Additionally, we have seen it over and over...stay in touch with the brand and build a continuous rapport even after you lost because you might see the boomerang effect where they come back to you in six months or a year. Additionally, in a pitch, identifying each team member who will be on the business might be more appealing to your client than the creative ideas you would like to present. One agency recently won business by instead of focusing on the ideas, they focused on why each individual on the agency team is best for the client's business. #NewBusiness #CMO #marketing #advertising #RFP #creative
