"Creativity Inc." by Ed Catmull is a great book for creative people. It shows how Pixar, the studio that made "Toy Story," became so good at making movies. The book is really useful for anyone making something new, like a cartoon or an animation. It talks about how important it is to let creative people work without too much pressure or too many rules. This idea is especially helpful if you're working with a team on a creative project. Ed Catmull's advice can help any team be more creative and make better work together.

The Power of Choices (& Habits) In this short animation, I tried to visualize the power of our choices when we're young, comparing to power of our choices later in life. I've read a similar metaphor in The Millionaire Fastlane book by MJ DeMarco a couple of months ago and I thought it would be interesting if I visualize it to emphasis on its importance. In the spirit of setting and smashing new year goals, going back on the horse with motion design is my own single new year goal. It is really an amazing feeling!... I never expected that I will find my first animation note book of Zica. This note book is 26 years old as of now. It contains notes on all basic principals and it's exercises of Animation. That time internet was not available. I use to write class notes, learning outcomes of assignments and library notes in it. 1997 .... 2023 long time line. #animation #animatorslife #animationprinciples #animationstudentlife
