Unlock the greatness in brands with us! I am so proud of our latest podcast series and I'd love you, my connections, to get involved. In the kick-off episode of our Podcast; What Matters to People, Dave McCaughan and I were joined by a very special guest Mark Earls to explore why focusing on life stages offers a more accurate perspective than relying solely on generational labels. Through engaging illustrations and practical examples, we explain the importance of rethinking life stages for better marketing planning and understanding human behaviour. Click the link below to listen (or YouTube in the comments) to gain fresh insights and start rethinking life stages with us on What Matters to People. Can't wait to hear what you think.

4moGreat job, guys. I'm going to disagree with your position that senior AEs don't need frequent IFMs because they know what they're doing. In my experience, they are the ones that often need IFMs the most. Experience often breeds complacency which allows laziness to creep in, or there is resistance to new ideas, products, etc. "I've always done it this way", can be a trap they fall into.
