I strongly believe that accessibility to Electronic Medical Records for all healthcare providers creates not only cohesion and increased quality of care but also aids us in creating personal center and individualized care. A holistic approach and knowing a person's past medical issues are crucial to the outcome. Providing patients with access to their treatment plans electronically and in an easily accessible format, have helped patients to be more involved in their treatment and take informed decisions. They can access their information and recommendations anytime, anywhere and work towards achieving their treatment goals. We have seen a significant positive impact on the quality of care provided when patients are involved and invested in their own treatment plans. It helps to create a cohesive and collaborative approach to healthcare, with patients feeling more empowered and involved in their care. Access to Electronic Medical Records creates a more efficient healthcare system, with healthcare providers having all the necessary information needed to provide the best possible care. It also helps to avoid duplication of tests and treatments, reducing healthcare costs and ultimately leading to better health outcomes.
