The lines are blurred. Life and work blend together. We always hear about work life balance as if it's that simple. You're either working or you're not. There's no overlap. But if you run a business, it doesn't work like that. Your brain is always thinking about the business, whether you like it or not. So instead of trying to flip that switch off. Or feeling guilty that you can't. It may be more helpful to just accept it instead. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have boundaries around when you're working and when you're home. But it means understanding that life isn't black and white. So instead of trying to compartmentalise your work and life. What if you started seeing work as just a part of life Rather than its own separate thing?
