Morning lovely network, My thoughts on the below post. A termination of an employment contract came too early without warning and no due course of action available to the employee. Some companies or many have a voice so loud that employees are either running afraid of losing their bread and butter. Or others are given no due warning or notice to help fend for their families or loved ones. The employment market, may it be currently under employment or those seeking fresh employment. Are found guilty of no foul action and terminated without morals as found in some areas of commerce. The government has little protection for those in private employment as gone are the time of trade unions to help those with little or no voice. So, poor Chris enters a fresh job market with skills that some will revel and others wonder how did his achieve this at such a young age. Therefore, my request to my LinkedIn group is how can this network help those who require a footing, a shout out and recognition of good talent? Let’s help this man find a good permanent job and put my best friend out of her misery as a teacher trying to find for them all. Also, educate less fortunate kids who many have little or no future … they are an amazing team. So, help my best friends husband feed his kids. Thank you and have a good day. Let’s catch up via zoom, in person or a good old fashioned call.
Hello network! After much deliberation (and too much time spent with my kids), I've realized that I still need a job—turns out bills don’t pay themselves! Plus, my family is starting to wonder why I'm always around. 😉 I’m now on the hunt for a new role where I can put my skills to good use and make a real impact. With extensive experience in B2B and retail media, I’m ready for a challenge that’s as exciting as it is rewarding. If you know of any opportunities, I’d love to hear about them. And to anyone who can help, virtual high-fives and hugs are on me! 🙌

To my LinkedIn community, I want to share that I am exploring both full-time and consultancy opportunities within the HealthTech & Medical Devices industries. For full-time opportunities, I am looking to leverage my experience in Product Management, Strategy, and Innovation. I am passionate about joining a team that’s all about innovating in the healthcare space and making a positive impact on people’s lives! For consultancy opportunities, I am focusing on strengthening an organization’s product discipline through collaboration on fundamental elements of product management (strategy, innovation, product lifecycle management). My focus includes: * Building robust business/product strategies and translating them into practical (and measurable) operational plans. * Optimizing the innovation engine through the development of deep customer insights and utilization of agile methodologies (Design First, Lean Innovation, etc.). * Establishing robust product management disciplines by implementing best practices, refining processes, and nurturing a product-centric culture. Do any opportunities come to mind? Let’s connect for meaningful discussions!

As a recent graduate navigating the job market since graduating 🎓 , securing my first interview was a true highlight! I did not expect it to take this long to land my first interview! The graduate program I was initially thrilled about was quite different from what I had anticipated. One surprise was being unpaid for the first 12 weeks of training – a challenging prospect I was potentially prepared to accept, considering my longing for a career change. The real deal-breaker was the scarcity of potential employers in a commutable area, which limited my opportunities significantly. The interview itself was a fantastic experience, and I received glowing feedback—however, the program's relocation requirement needed to be revised for my current family situation. While I couldn't proceed with this opportunity, it was a valuable reminder that things always happen for a reason. On the plus side, I got to test my brain with 45 mind-boggling questions: Numerical Reasoning, Cognitive Processing, Analytical Reasoning, Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension. I am ecstatic to be within the 85 percentile! 🧠 So, I am more determined and excited for the future! I am keenly looking for roles in software development that offer flexibility, be it remote, hybrid or commutable. I'd appreciate any recommendations or referrals if you know of potential opportunities. 🤙

hi friends -- I'm looking for my next role. I'm targeting engineering leadership roles, from EM to Director. I care less about the title and more about what we're trying to accomplish. My ideal organization is mission-driven with a simple answer to the question "who does this help?" I firmly believe that a technology or product, to have value, must measurably improve the lives of the people and communities it touches. I've been doing this long enough to not stress things like tech stack or cloud provider. I can do and/or learn all of it. As long as there's demonstrable evidence that it solves the problem (in a reasonable time, at a reasonable cost), I'm in. You don't bring me in for my expertise in any specific technology. You bring me in because I can amplify the strengths of your teams, making them more robust and reliable. You bring me in because I can refine processes and efforts that aren't working or aren't scaling effectively. I am a skilled software engineer, an excellent people manager, and a world-class team builder. Let me level up your teams. If there's something jey-shaped in your organization, please reach out. I'd love to chat. 💜

Dear hiring managers and recruiters, having a “jumpy resume” isn’t always the fault of the job seeker. If you look at a resume and see that someone was at place for a year or less, don’t assume they are jumpy. NOBODY takes a role just to leave in a year or less. Companies restructure, lay off, etc. and a majority of the time when that happens, the culture of the company dies or changes dramatically as well and your goals no longer align. Be kind to those looking, I’m sure they have a valid reason for being open to work.

I fully endorse Alllen - he is most excellent.
Hello everyone, After a year of short term contracts mostly coaching and teaching product management and agile principals I am looking for a permanent or long term position. I'm actively pursuing a Senior Product Management position as an IC or leader in the cybersecurity, privacy and IT spheres but open to exploring new areas. I'm particularly interested in startups and small to mid-sized SaaS companies looking for remote in the US or hybrid employees in the Tampa Bay area although relocation is possible for the right opportunity. In pursuit of this, your connections, advice, or opportunities would be invaluable. Thank you for your support!

If you need networking* help, do yourself a favor and hire Bob Miszuk before someone else snags him. He taught me much of what I know about layers 2 and 3! Combine Bob's hard-earned Cisco (et al) knowledge with the kind of integrity / loyalty that's all-too-rare these days and you get a seriously valuable addition to any engineering team. (*delivering packets, not attending mixers)
Like many others, I was affected by the recent restructuring after OneNeck's acquisition and find myself available to look for other opportunities. I very much enjoyed working with and learning from so many great people over these past 9+ years. Please contact me if you know of any positions that might be suitable.
