Filling a position through internal mobility can be detrimental for an organization. Because of this, the growth of an organization may stagnate. To unlock new growth opportunities, new ideas need to flow into the organization. And these new ideas will come only from employees hired from outside. Opening application for job seekers outside the organization can help organization set on a new growth trajectory. You just need to give the external candidate an opportunity.
