6 Oct 2023 ❤️ Another Magnificent Day spent with our Workforce of Southeast Asia & India at our 4th season of We Care Brown Bag Reboot 2023 #4! 🌟 Our Employee Engagement Strategy is the Human Resource Strategy for Southeast Asia & India region, due to the diversity of our workforce, the diverse culture and business practices in this region. As part of the group of companies in #NipponSansoHoldingsCorporation, we are participating in the 2nd year running for the Global Engagement Survey. This is the second consecutive year for the survey to be implemented across the entire Group. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we made several improvements and changes made to the administration of the survey this year to ensure that our workforce's voices can be heard through the survey.
