6 Oct 2023 ❤️ Another Magnificent Day spent with our Workforce of Southeast Asia & India at our 4th season of We Care Brown Bag Reboot 2023 #4!
🌟 Our Employee Engagement Strategy is the Human Resource Strategy for Southeast Asia & India region, due to the diversity of our workforce, the diverse culture and business practices in this region. As part of the group of companies in #NipponSansoHoldingsCorporation, we are participating in the 2nd year running for the Global Engagement Survey. This is the second consecutive year for the survey to be implemented across the entire Group. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we made several improvements and changes made to the administration of the survey this year to ensure that our workforce's voices can be heard through the survey. I also shared the CEO's Message on the survey 2023 by my boss, Helder Teixeira and presented the Survey Publicity Info Pack.
🌟 Over the past 2 months, we welcome five new appointments to our close-to 3,000 strong Southeast Asia & India family. They are (1) Logistics Manager, Ms Hoang Thao, (2) Internal Audit Manager, Mr Heng Meng Lim, (3) Administrative Executive, Ms Tin WM, (4) Marketing Intern, Ivanna Claire Ching Alejado, (5) Information Security Intern, Mr Farrell Fun. Without a doubt, they are going to be strong contributors to the continuous improvement of processes relating to logistics, internal audit, administration, marketing and information technology in Southeast Asia & India.
🌟 Last but not least, it has been our greatest pleasure and honour to have our newly promoted General Director & Board Director, Nippon Sanso Vietnam, Ms Mai Dung Do here again at C-Suite-LED-Talk to share her thought leadership idea on Productivity. Ms Mai Dung has a long career of 22 years with Nippon Sanso Vietnam (since April 2002), in various functions in Business Planning & Operations, including Corporate Finance, Human Resources, and so, she has also extensive knowledge of the chemicals industry which Nippon Sanso operates in. As Nippon Sanso as a global company is advocating for more women leaders within our organisation, Ms Mai Dung is, without any doubt, our best role model of a female business leader in Nippon Sanso Southeast Asia.
