I made this rate as a DJ with a BA at a local radio station 24 years ago, with none of the skills or requirements nameless corporation demands. This is why no one wants to work. Candidates want work, not slavery with extra steps. If nameless corporation can't afford to pay for the candidate, they can't afford to open the position. Seriously, H&M? 5-10 years for a copywriter? Just saw a job listing for a copywriter at H&M that requires 5-10 years of experience. Are you kidding me?
