Good overview of battery revs in ERCOT.

When battery storage is added to the electric power grid, it first does very-short-term electricity arbitrage (a.k.a. ancillary services). We saw this in CalISO and now in ERCOT. Only after saturating that market does it go on to do longer-term energy arbitrage. It’s an interesting behavior, result of market not designed for batteries. Not catastrophic or anything, just interesting.
