Payroll Cost per Employee: This KPI measures the cost of processing payroll per employee and can help identify areas where costs can be reduced or streamlined. 3. Payroll Processing Time: This KPI measures the time it takes to process payroll from start to finish, including data entry, approvals, and distribution of payments. 4. Compliance Rate: This KPI tracks the percentage of payroll transactions that comply with relevant government regulations and policies. 5.
