I’m training an AI model on 17,000 mortgage lending guidelines documents for one of our customers, a leading independent mortgage bank. 👇 This custom AI will empower their team to ask any guidelines question —whether it’s about conventional or non-QM guidelines, and get instant, accurate answers in seconds. It can even compare different investors guidelines side by side, saving time and leading to faster decision making. Smart mortgage lenders are already using AI to increase profits and stay ahead of the competition. 2025 is the year we see AI working at scale in the mortgage lending industry.

This is such a practical application of AI - taking something as complex as mortgage guidelines and making it instantly accessible. The speed of AI adoption in traditional lending is picking up FAST, especially when it comes to decision support tools like this. Makes perfect sense when you think about the volume of guidelines they deal with daily.
