There is a paradigm shift in the mode of global recruitment process. A shift from the traditional era to a more flexible mode such as hybrid and remote has brought a positive change. However, the recruitment process has also experienced the same shift into a more sophisticated process. While job search experience has become easy, the recruitment process requires that job seekers have suitable essential skills for the dream job of choice. It is not surprising that many job seekers still don't get their dream jobs, because they are ignorant of these changes, and how to align themselves.
