Tim reached out before Xmas in 2022 as they were seeking guidance with their GTM motions for the year ahead, as were not getting cut through direct channels. We reimagined how they approach & add value to prioritised partners to get their attention, driving additional revenue in a seamless, frictionless way. 1. Adding to their toolkit a payment solution that they have assisted in designing = be an easy partner to work with 2. Helping them save time by managing the client education and service process = provide partner enablement 3. Provide simple economic gain that aligns with their clients having success = unlock additional revenue alongside the Cin7 ecosystem With a huge unserved TAM, easy onboarding + low churn we expect them to continue to soar ahead. The more value they can continue to drive for their partners, and surrounding ecosystem, everyone wins. And that will continue to unlock OPM (aKa other people's money), through a distributed workforce supporting their solution NOT on their payroll. Today they have strong YoY accelerated growth with a partner led approach, whilst still operating as a lean small team, and been able to expand internationally.
