4moGreat point, Aditi! Finding the right talent can definitely be a challenge. In my experience, a big hurdle has been overcoming initial impressions. Sometimes, someone might not seem like a perfect fit at first glance, especially if our parameters don't perfectly align with their skills. However, through deeper conversations, we've discovered candidates with immense potential that we might have otherwise overlooked.
