They reached a brick wall when sending out critical messages through SMS. Since, all their communications are are usually in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢. Aditya Birla Capital, under its flagship Fintech Engagement Programme, InFiniTe, launched a hackathon in collaboration with Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH). The event witnessed participation from over 25 FinTechs of which, select ones will co-create solutions on five unique problem statements aimed at simplifying lending processes to enhance user experience. The participating FinTechs will leverage RBIH’s #ULI platform, through access provided by ABFL to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
