Friends, we announced today Factoreal's acquisition by Satisfi Labs, an industry leader in driving AI-powered Conversational Experiences.
Incredibly proud of what the team has achieved so far and with today’s announcement, we can further accelerate growth and innovation. Thank you to all our loyal customers, investors and supporters who have gotten us to where we are today.
A little more than four years ago, Ravichandra Kenchappa and I set out on a journey to simplify Martech. During this time, we experimented on our GTM quite a bit, failed often, and finally found our landing zone in the Sports and Entertainment space catering to the needs of several teams across USA, UK, and India. It has been an incredible journey. Building a company from scratch is a grueling yet extremely satisfying experience. The what-if thoughts come more frequently than we like. Treating it like a 24x7 on-the-job training factory eases the pain somewhat. And without our awesome team and our families supporting us we wouldn’t have gotten to where we are.
Our next innings starts now! Chatting with Donny White and Randall Newman (co-founders of Satisfi Labs) made us firmly believe that joining forces creates a tremendous opportunity for both companies. By integrating our fantastic journey management and inbound/outbound messaging capabilities, the Satisfi platform will become the central hub for all aspects of conversational experience management.
