My newly hired #intern is surely better than me. Don’t believe me? Let me tell you this recent story with you all. We hired 2 amazing interns last week. Ashmeet Chhabra & Anshul Dogra were the 2 selected candidates out of an amazing pool of 25 candidates #shortlisted. We did our routine #orientation and everything started to go well. It was just 2 days and we had our #feedback session as always. To my surprise, Anshul and Ashmeet had some superb Constructive #criticism. They very rightly pointed out how we can smoothen the onboarding and orientation. How the orientation can be ✅MORE FUN ✅INTERACTIVE and ✅ENGAGING The feedback was taken very seriously by our #team. Today, We have another pool of interns coming. They both are now taking charge for the orientation program. The plans look very exciting and impressive. Here are 2 major key takeaways. 🔴 be a good LISTENER and a LEARNER. You’ll surely learn something new everyday. Well, This is only possible when you realise that you have huge scope to learn And there are certain things that others are better at. 🔴 Always be Dynamic while working. We felt as a team that letting them take charge and change things according to them will be for the good. 2 week old interns taking charge and implementing plans looks superb to the eye. When you see your team taking initiative and always improvising. You will always end up having a great day. Well, Do share your 1st onboarding experience. Was it good? Interactive? Boring?
