Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and market opportunities.Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from pre-on-shelf planning to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet regional market demands and align with global product strategies.Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Monitor and adjust pricing as necessary to maximize market share.Collaborate with team members on aspects of sales forecasting, campaign planning, traffic & demand generation.Channel Training: Build and nurture relationships with regional distributors, retailers, and business partners to instil confidence in our new products and optimize market reach.Marketing Mix: Work closely with the Marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with gamers in AP. I started my first marketing job at Nike. (It wasn't my favourite place to work tbh 😅) But... it taught me so much. - I worked in their flagship running store for a couple of years. - After graduating, my manager asked what I wanted to do. - She knew it wasn’t retail 😅. I said - Marketing! When something cropped up in the head office, ↳ She put me forward for it. I got it and was supporting the UK DTC team with product launches. But my time in retail, helped me learn to... 1) Focus on the customer and their experience (not the competition). 2) Understand what motivates a team to perform and hit targets. 3) Understand customer expectations. Retail gave me the skills to be an excellent marketer. Every position, no matter how unrelated, Contributes to your personal and professional growth. Don't despise where you are TODAY! It might just help you tomorrow and for many days after that.

In my career journey , I have realized that networking, building relationships and mirroring the paths of admirable successful individuals in one's selected industry is crucial for growth. The actualization of these convictions have engineered my growth thus far. I remember having to resume work a few months back as an in-store merchandiser for NIVEA . I was confident in my expected delivery, as the job position was the exact same as my current position. Alas, I was wrong. The new role came with its uniqueness and technicalities and I was eager for a good challenge! Asking questions for in depth clarity is the first card I would always put forward in times like these and it never declines. Fostering relationships with my bosses and asking them vital questions significant to my job/tasks/industry is an added advantage, as it has made me knowledgeable and observant in my area of expertise. My curiosity led me to LinkedIn. The platform gave me online access to further connect and network with top executives, industry experts and colleagues who share similar passion, goals and aspirations as I. Their posts and stories have become a major force of resistance and inspiration on my "not-so-very-great" days. Cheers to great networking. #NIVEA

In Q2, I decided to try something different. With a creative background stemming from my degree and personal interests, I enjoy making content. I decided to make a video showcasing the customer journey. In fact, I created not just one, but two videos, which I will post shortly after this one. The recognition for my hard work with a prize is what drives me to push. I know that after all my efforts hitting targets and thinking outside the box, it will lead to something rewarding. Creating competitions within a company is a great way to motivate employees, especially when there's a fantastic prize at the end. This approach helped me stay creative, boost sales, and maintain LG as the number one OLED selling brand. Big question: did I win a prize? Stay tuned for the next posts to find out.
