In Chiaia, Naples, life flows noisily in the streets. Here, in a 19th-century building, La Fotosintesi studio has renovated a small apartment, with a spectacular spiral staircase at its core, transforming it into a doctor's home-clinic. The total 85 square metres are made up of the "public" part on the ground floor – the reception, waiting room and office – and the private part, designed thanks to the height of the ceilings, which allowed the architects to carve out a mezzanine that houses the bedroom, dressing room, a bathroom and a small kitchen.
