Leadership drifting? Get intentional → 25 Years of leadership, sales, and communication expertise. 👉 Guide. Author. Storyteller.
I had zero plans to do this. Then it hit me. Literally. Some weeks back I was smashed by another car. This totaled my A7. I loved that car. Loved it. The search began. Change is hard. But, here’s how I found clarity by investing in guidance without wasting more time. Step 1: Recognize when it’s time to shift. • In 2024, buying a Tesla wasn’t part of the plan. • I’d been critical of electric vehicles for a while. • But that changed when I test-drove one. The Payoff: It wasn’t just a car—it was the solution I needed. Step 2: Understand the value of learning from others. • Tesla owners helped me decide faster. • Their experiences made everything clear. • Just like them, guidance can accelerate your journey. The Payoff: Working with a coach or cohort helps you grow faster and smarter. Step 3: Close the gap with expert help. • If you’re ready to close your leadership gap, I’ve got the roadmap. • Join my masterclass on October 28 & 29 to experience having a guide in your corner. • Comment “Let’s do this” and I’ll send you the details.

If you are dealing with complex issues and you want to make them simple, then you need to include numerous views not just a select one or two. Traditionally, we have relied on a task force to come up with new ideas that help us tackle complex issues. Toyota did this successfully when the developed the hybrid car - Prius - back in the 1990's and became the leader in hybrid automotive. Today, our the task force model is challenged by some pretty simple resistance points: 😴 those that question "why" change is necessary 🤯 relying on ideas that are "known to work" rather than being innovative 😱 needing to do more with less. To effectively address complex problems, consider the following shifts: ⭐ Engage everyone in discussions to leverage diverse insights and expertise ⭐ Develop skills in strategic foresight to guide decision-making and goal-setting ⭐ Cultivate resilience by embracing emotional intelligence to help foster adaptability in navigating challenges. #leadership #strategicforesight #complexity #scenarioplanning
