According to the latest Forrester report regarding the total economic impact of Adobe´s Content Supply Chain. Adobe end-to-end solution helps customers to address all 5 building blocks of the content life cycle: Workflows and Planning, Creation and Production, Asset Management, Delivery and Activation, and Reporting and Insights. Allowing organisations to increase productivity, efficiency gains and cost savings. In this report, the decision-maker interviews and financial analysis found that a composite organisation experiences benefits of $65.1 million over three years versus costs of $15.9 million, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $49.2 million and an ROI of 310%.

For folks that know me, they know I have been working on Content Management Systems for a while. In the last few years, we have been working on something new – it started with the question – How we can build a ‘CMS’ that is always fast (operationally) and delivers sites globally that are fast for visitors – and with fast I mean 90th percentile of visitors sees the site below 2.5 seconds (LCP page rendering milestone, Largest Contentful Paint)? Long story short, today Edge Delivery Services has been announced as part of Adobe Experience Manager. What I’m particularly proud of is that the product development happened together with production customers, so we can – every step of the way – proof the benefits expected. It sure took a bit longer, but the results speak for themselves. Very proud of the team to pull this off – and looking forward what our customers and partners going to achieve with it. Without further due – a subset of customers in production on Edge Delivery Services – before and after – months by months chart of 75p LCP.
