And we're really looking forward to our tech event in Krakow on the 21st of March. And some of the topics that we aim to cover during the discussion is some of the bit about the history of women in tech and within, you know, sort of STEM careers. And and then also we would probably try to have a discussion around maybe some of the stereotypes, some of the obstacles that female still face when trying to break in to these particular career paths. Some of the pushback that they face and and and really trying to you know zone in on on. Excite how society sort of impacts them and maybe can redirect them in certain other areas as well. And then what we're also going to try and cover is going to be sort of the upskilling side as well. Not just for those that are in the industry who might want to sort of upskill themselves within the industry, but also those that maybe are looking for career change and and are interested in the industry but don't know how to get into it or what they should be learning or how they should be. Skilling. So it's going to be really informative and you know, we're really looking forward to getting the ideas and opinions of the people that are coming to to the event as well. Although it is a panel discussion, we really want it to be quite interactive. So, you know, please sign up, register. It'd be good to get your thoughts on this as well.
