My notes from the fantastic session "So, Are You a Product Thinker?" from Anna Kochanowska at #BA2023 So much insight, but a key takeaway for me was how BAs are central in convincing folks that a "product" (in the holistic sense) is more than just the tech.... product thinking involves the whole customer experience, tech is (or can be) an enabler to that, but it's much more than that. So much more covered in this session. If you couldn't attend the session, I hope my notes are helpful :-) Thanks Anna, for your presentation!
Great notes, thank you for sharing! Got interested in joining the next Anna's webinar. The approach seems to have much in common with Design Thinking/Service Design methodologies, as goes beyond a software product to build holistic customer experience. Practiced it on some of the projects, it's a great tool which helps to discover hidden opportunities, develop team's empathy towards customer needs and drive creative problem-solving.
Thank you Adrian Reed, you did a fantastic job, I couldn't summarize it any better 😍
Always love the mind map that you created Adrian Reed. Thank you so much for sharing. Mind map is always my favourite tool to use.

1yThx for sharing. Going through the mind map it reminds of some readings in Design Thinking en Value Proposition Design, Lean Start up … Answer the (not conscious) needs of customer/ target users is key indeed, just like the discipline to constantly verify hypothesis to make sure one is investing into the “right” track
