Looking for a breakfast that’s quick, easy, yummy, and high in protein?! This version of overnight oats is one of my favorites. It takes 2 minutes to make and it’s ready to go first thing in the morning! It’s got about 30 grams of protein, tastes like chocolate and decadence, and can be topped with any fruit/nuts of your choice to give it a lot of variety! This was ½ cup of quinoa flakes, ¾ cup cashew milk, 1 scoop of chocolate plant-protein powder, and 1 cup of blueberries. So yummy! Curious how to make this for yourself? These idioms are the reasons why certain foods always need to be presented and eaten in a "fixed" manner for success. Cakes - to taste fresh, fragrant and spongy like when it's hot and out of the oven. Cheese - a distinct flavour that when done right will make your food feel like a VIP Cookie - needs to be smart as it's difficult to stay crunchy and intact after months of shelf wait and intermittent exposure to the air in between bites. Cucumber - obviously must exert it's cooling presence no matter how it's being presented. Cream - of the crop only because it's hard to stay afloat! Hence, the food tech who can keep the cream stable and creamy naturally becomes cream of the crop. 😀 Soups - the big item for shelf retail as its a tough process to make nutritious broths from scratch. Egg - everything you need to add some proteins, putting eggs in is confirmed to egg up your formula. #foodtech #foodscience #foodprocessing

Oats, berries, nuts and seeds are covered in dark melted chocolate and date syrup, then toasted. Real dark chocolate chunks are also included. A real consumer struggle... And a very real solution 🚀 I love it when a product hits the nail on the head, here is why 🤔 Yesterday I was running around, I realized I had actually skipped lunch when my hunger was louder than the thoughts in my head 🤣 I was working from a coffee shop where my only options were sandwiches, cakes, croissants or by the cashier there were biscuits, cookies, protein balls and protein bars. See none of them fit the bill for me, because I wanted something high protein, low / no sugar and good for me still. I can't eat most protein bars because they contain artificial sweeteners which destroys my gut, and cause me major bloating. Those protein balls - I would have to eat twice as much to get the "high protein", but then sugar goes out of whack as well as calories 🤣 So what is a gal supposed to do in this case? 🤔 Well I walked over to the supermarket next door, and grabbed myself mezete 😎 An on-the-go convenient hummus snack!! High in protein, high in fiber, delicious, creamy dip and it comes with little breadsticks for a playful eating experience 🙌 Za'atar flavor absolutely loved it!
