It’s been three years since Amy returned home. So, does that make this her three year anniversary or her five year anniversary? Either way, we’re thankful every day for Amy’s positivity, creativity, leadership, ingenuity, intensity, and dedication both to our clients and her team. #TeamADsmith #ADsmithLife #AnniversaryCelebration

I remember reading a story many of us know well, the story of the Wright brothers. Two brothers, Orville and Wilbur Wright, shared an extraordinary dream that seemed impossible to many, the dream of human flight. While others doubted, they continued to work together with persistence, sharing their ideas, challenges, and victories. After countless failures and moments of doubt, on December 17, 1903, they finally achieved the first successful flight in history. But here’s the part that stands out to me the most: When they succeeded, they didn’t celebrate alone. They called their family, friends, and everyone who had been part of their journey, no matter how small their contributions. They understood that real success isn't just about reaching your goal, it’s about bringing others along with you and celebrating together. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to focus on individual accomplishments and forget those who have supported us along the way. But just like the Wright brothers, we must remember that our journeys are not solo flights. Every milestone and every success is an opportunity to lift others, give credit where it’s due, and celebrate the wins both big and small with those around us. #lmc21dayslinkedinchallenge. Is "The Lucky 13" by Vic Pepe on your summer reading list? It's not too late! There's still lots of summertime left, and this is a fantastic read. Vic shares thoughtful and relatable stories from his career journey. Vic provides a model for leadership. One of my fave parts - "Celebrate wins of others often...and let everyone participate in the celebration...work through losses - together. No one loses alone. Ever!" Go get it. https://lnkd.in/ekTNiVwY

I said it before, and I'll say it again... This is how you build a great MSP. Bring the right people together, the ones whose passions align with your mission, give them the tools they need to be awesome, and watch them consistently overdeliver value to your clients. If you recognize how this approach to managed IT services would benefit your organization, reach out to me or any of my teammates at Altourage - IT & Cybersecurity. We're always happy to discuss how we can impact the security, stability, and service you get from your ongoing technology investments.
🌟🎊 Happy 11th Anniversary to Matt Kull at Altourage! 🎊🌟 As the captain of our service delivery team, Matt's exceptional leadership and commitment have propelled us forward. His dedication is crucial to our achievements, and watching his journey has been truly inspiring. Cheers to more years of success and innovation! 🎉🚀 #Altourage #Leadership #Anniversary #Excellence #newyork #ManagedIT

🏆 A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE doesn’t just happen—it’s BUILT!!!🏆 Seeing those championship banners in #Boston made me think: greatness isn’t a one-time achievement; it’s a COMMITMENT, a MINDSET, and more importantly... IT'S A WAY. OF. LIFE. 💪 For the Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and New England Patriots, winning isn’t just a goal—it’s an EXPECTATION. 🥇 But here's the thing... a culture like that? It doesn’t happen overnight. 🌃 Those banners? They didn’t just appear on the walls—years of SWEAT, HUSTLE, and ❤️ put them there. 🗣️📣 It’s no different in #healthcare. Think about it: are we expecting, TALKING about, and celebrating EXCELLENCE for our clients and their teams? Are we pushing for the absolute best? That’s what separates a system that just “functions” from one that IMPACTS lives!!! 💥💥💥 TRUE excellence isn’t about being “the best” for a moment. It’s about creating a space where EVERYONE is driven to be the best ALL the time. And that’s where the magic happens: not critiquing, not punishing, but lifting each other UP to get closer to that win EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. 🙌🪄 But here’s the thing about CULTURE—it’s not just critiquing when things aren’t “right.” It’s about calling out the gaps and helping each other rise to the occasion because WE WANT TO BE THE BEST. And yes, we’ve got to CELEBRATE!!! 🎉🎊 We all know how to focus on what went wrong, but how often do we high-five the wins??? 🤜🤛 John Troutman 🧪, Rachel Strauss ⭐️, Patrick Moore, Braden Monaco, Spencer Allen, CPBS, James Blachek, Katie Anderson, Justin Burgess, Anthony Masotto, Deb Ault, Jordan Taradash, Jessica Brooks Woods, Chris Deacon, 🎙Spencer Smith, CSFS®, Allison De Paoli, Dave Chase, Health Rosetta-discovering archaeologist, Sims Tillirson Healthcare’s got enough CRITICS—what it needs are CHAMPIONS. What do YOU do to celebrate the wins? 👊🏅

Leadership lessons from The West Wing #4! Here we learn about the importance of setting boundaries and trusting your instincts. Seasons 1-5 had many of us secretly hoping Donna and Josh would get together, but the way he treated her was a huge alarm bell. And yet he could not function without her! Remember Indiana??! He expected her to be at his beck and call, yelling "DONNA!" whenever he needed something. Not okay, Josh! He also regularly gaslighted her, making her believe he supported her career while actually holding her back. It took kind words from CJ, and quite some time, for Donna to see the truth. So, what can we learn from this? First, never let anyone shout at you, and expect you to come running, even if they work at the White House!! Second, always trust your gut and get a second opinion, especially when it comes to your career. What do you think about this working relationship between Donna and her manager, Josh. Share them in the comments below! #leadershiplessons #thewestwing #careeradvice
