I’m not talking about an organizational chart thats for “titles and ego” I’m talking about who’s the owner of the certain functions in your business…! In 2018 (yep - Minneapolis Miracle and then failure in Philly #skolvikes) I snuck into an event in Minnesota where there was an interview with Robert Kraft, Jonathan Kraft, and Julian Edelman. Someone asked Julian ‘how do you built trust within your team?’ To which he responded ‘Trust is built through repetition.’ Paraphrasing here: we go through each play over and over again until everyone knows their role and can execute it consistently without deviation. So I ask: do we do that enough within our teams in the business world? Do we watch film? Call out where we went wrong? Contingency plan? Make corrections until we get it right? Practice, practice, practice before we present our products to clients? Lets hope so.
