This morning, I had two conversations with two INCREDIBLE teachers and this is what I learned… 1️⃣ We have an unparalleled drive to progress in our careers; not for financial gain but to have a greater impact on the children we teach. 2️⃣ It can be a lonely profession as we are often too busy prioritising the children rather than fulfilling our own need for social interaction. 3️⃣ We need to start using LinkedIn to connect with other teachers for collaboration and new opportunities.
