#2023 is a wrap. I did not meet my yearly training volume target. Many lessons learned. Silver lining is I’m ON TRACK for my #decadegoal. Ahead of the 1200/3000 target by the start of 2024. Score card: 295/300 training sessions in days. -5 days OFF TRACK Longest consecutive training streak: May 28th-June 21st Longest skip streak: May 4th-May 9th Best Month: June 29/30 Worst Month : (tied) May and December (21/31)
