AMPS - Advanced Mining Production Systems’ Post

AMPS not only recognises the industry shortage of skilled and experienced technical staff, but also the need to develop and upskill current and future industry professionals. We work proactively with our clients to improve industry knowledge and capability in multiple ways. Our team does this by developing industry-related technical training courses and content in conjunction with AMPSA, assisting sites with reviewing and improving their systems and processes, collaborating and sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing mentoring, upskilling and training both formally and informally to our client's technical staff. Anil Taliyakula, one of our Open Pit Principal Mining Consultants, has recently assisted one of our clients by reviewing and improving their 3MRS process and use of mining-specific software functionality. He was able to use his considerable experience and knowledge to add long-lasting benefits to the operation through formally documenting the process and training and upskilling the client's Mining Engineers. Great job Anil! If your operation could benefit from Open Pit Engineering assistance, review and improvement of your systems and processes, or your team could benefit from upskilling, mentoring or coaching, contact AMPS today!
