What we can do is add a solution of Ag/No3 to our graphene inside the tote before it goes out with ultrasound to dope our graphene with silver nano particles. Or we can pass it through my 100 liter reactor with the ultrasound wand. I should be able to offer our graphene for a dollar or less a gram. We when expand it can be less than a dollar a gram. We will see on the Ag doped graphene. I may be able to offer it for a dollar a gram. I won’t know untill we are in production.

🏷️ Thickness Control of Carbon Film in Vacuum Carbon Coaters 💎 Control of carbon film thickness deposited on the samples to be analyzed by electron microscopy (SEM, TEM, FE-SEM, and etc.) or Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) should be accurate to obtain the best result. The QCM monitoring of the thickness of carbon thin film deposition by resistive evaporation of carbon sources (Rod or Fiber) happens at high temperatures that may cause sensor heating and failure. 💡If you are interested in, you can read more: https://lnkd.in/dDRx58_m 👉 Vac Coat Vacuum Coating Systems: https://lnkd.in/eAhMxiEw #thickness #carbon_film #carbon_coater #electron_microscope #edx

Analyzing Lithium-containing materials like solid-state batteries 🔋 poses a major challenge in electron microscopy 🔬. Lithium as well as highly pure metal components ⚛️ oxidize rapidly which changes the morphology and the chemical composition. The FELMI-ZFE Institut für Elektronenmikroskopie und Nanoanalytik - Zentrum für Elektronenmikroskopie has establish a 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 into the electron microscope 🔬 for such challenging samples 🧪. The initial stages of preparation (cutting, grinding and polishing) ✂️ takes place under protective atmosphere ☁️ in the glove box and the sample transfer to ion beam milling system or the electron microscopy under protective atmosphere or vacuum. Attached you can see some results of a commercially available solid-state battery analyzed with energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry 💥 to visualized the different components. Looking for Fine Detail in Plasma Sheath? Check Out the Latest in Ansys Charge Plus! The latest update to #Ansys Charge Plus introduces the adaptive mesh group feature, allowing users to see #plasma sheath in very fine detail. This innovation supports the #PECVD workflow, particularly in the particle-in-cell and fluid solvers. Users can now define a very thin mesh near the boundaries of the problem space, a critical advancement for calculating #electromagnetic fields and the distribution of particles within the chamber. “This feature lets you select specific surfaces to create a mesh with a specific set of layers. The solver automatically calculates the mesh, saving you time and effort,” explains EMA PhD Senior Scientist Kevin-Druis Merenda. Want to learn more? Join us for the webinar “Ansys Charge Plus 2024 R1: What’s New” on April 23rd to explore this feature and more updates. Don't miss out! Register: https://ansys.me/3xzSvt3 #EMA #ChargePlus #simulation
