This presentation yesterday by Roberto Lopez on temperature effects on crops grown in indoor farms was so excellent!! Heating/cooling is one of the big environmental and financial costs associated with indoor agriculture, so the more we understand crop & cultivar response to different temperatures the better. ⚡️ I can see a day where indoor farming uses next to no electricity for heating/cooling because we are rotating crops based on exactly the season they will do best in 🌡️ Thanks Optimizing Indoor Agriculture -OptimIA for hosting these types of webinars once a month.
