Here are some scenarios where hiring a new doctor might not be advisable: 1. Uncertain Patient Demand: 📉 If patient demand is inconsistent or declining, hiring a new doctor could lead to underutilization and financial strain. 2. Financial Instability: 💸 If your practice is experiencing financial difficulties or facing uncertainty, recruiting a new doctor may not be financially viable. 3. Lack of Clear Role or Need: ❓ Hiring a new doctor should be driven by a specific need, such as addressing patient wait times or filling a specialized role. 4. Internal Team Issues: 🤝 If there are unresolved issues within your current medical team, adding a new doctor could complicate team dynamics. 5.
