4moService is a big factor,it also needs to include operator training. The operators need to be trained to know how the machine works, this will lead to operators being far more efficient and contented. They will also be able to judge whether they can adjust/service the machines and when to call support. They will also be able to tell the service techs the exact nature of the problem so they have a good idea what is happening.
