Why is it that multi-generational working is acknowledged as a positive trend across all workplaces... but age stereotyping is accepted when it comes to creative roles? But why does this happen? → Outdated, irrelevant stuff is a big turn-off. Your content is like the first episode of a great TV show—it hooks the audience. So keep it fresh and valuable. → Readability. Make your content easy to skim through—otherwise your visitors will feel lost in chunks of words. → Personal touch. You don't have to do what everyone else is doing. But find what works for you and your audience. No need to follow the 'top 1%' playbook. Just be authentic.
