Congrats 👏
About time Cynthia. Congrats.
In Valencia we need people like you. Thanks Cynthia Hartley!
Cynthia Hartley´s work on the West Virginia Flood Resilience Plan is impressive. Her strategic approach and collaboration make a huge difference. Great example! United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and AECOM.
That little but subtle deviation from "the original plan" it's actually the plan. Experiences are like albums, you want to collect as many as you can because you are becoming that interesting and incredible album full of bits that are you. Same is true in a career.
Congrats and keep up the great work with WV.
Way to go, Cynthia!
