Today’s People Spotlight features Cynthia Hartley, associate vice president and project manager from our Water business line in the U.S. East region. Cynthia’s background includes nearly two decades in the international development sector. Since joining us in 2016, she has focused on projects ranging from economic growth, urban resilience and environment to disaster risk management. Cynthia Hartley´s work on the West Virginia Flood Resilience Plan is impressive. Her strategic approach and collaboration make a huge difference. Great example! United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and AECOM.

That little but subtle deviation from "the original plan" it's actually the plan. Experiences are like albums, you want to collect as many as you can because you are becoming that interesting and incredible album full of bits that are you. Same is true in a career.
