Public Health, Community Organizing, Racial Justice has to be promoted under every circumstance. We must understand that what is right and what is wrong will always be facts. Hitler was pure evil; let us also recognize those others who fall into that same category. Be careful of "not" recognizing the other evil men who lived. If you are not focused, you may be on the wrong side of right because you are not paying attention. Restorative justice and public health are about doing right and speaking about racial equity and equality under all circumstances. There are some men today who are just as evil as Hitler and Leopold, "PAY ATTENTION" and vote in November.

There has been a resurgence of story telling recently and an attempt to retell our own stories as we see them...Our own realities our narrative from a unique blend of experiences. Many stories in history have been distorted in the past as told by those in power and those stories became unquestioned realities.Then came the powerful media machinery and shaping reality became the game of those who held the controls and buttons. Today the scene hasnt changed much....people tend to believe the stories of those who in power.....it is left to a few individuals to scratch the silky surface to see the truth down below. It is also how the story is told and the terminology used.....freedom....human rights....subjugation....apartheid....depends on who uses it and in which context to be accepted. If we just look around us we live in a world where Might (militarily speaking) is right and the stories of the dispossessed are dismissed as inconsequential. The aggressors are seen as victims and the real victims are condemned as aggressors.So whose stories are we telling ....whose narrative counts? The thin line between truth and falsehood is disappearing altogether as control of the powerful tightens on the reins of falsehood and thrives. #Narratives #OtherSide

Reflecting on our shared humanity is crucial in a world that is increasingly divided along lines of race and economic status. As grandparents, parents, and professionals, we must question the systems that perpetuate inequality. The reality is stark: over 117 million people were displaced in 2023 due to racial discrimination, according to the UN. This figure isn’t just a statistic—it’s a call to action edpcily when you see what’s happening in European countries. Racism, as a divisive force, seeks to undermine our progress by tying economic hardships to race, rather than addressing the systemic issues at play. In education, this manifests in the unequal value placed on institutions in the Global North compared to those in the Global South, where educational investment is three times higher. Such disparities reinforce the notion that one's potential and opportunities are dictated by race—a dangerous and flawed narrative. As we move forward not just as leaders, but as concerned global citizens, it’s imperative to challenge these narratives, ensuring that education and opportunity are accessible to all, regardless of race or background. Our children, like Adam, deserve to grow up in a world where they are valued for their abilities and not judged by the color of their skin. Whomever knows me personally or professionally I hope they know that I’ve always believed in open #communication in order to create different #perspectives of any situation, #idea, #thought. #experience or #struggle. #Empathizing with others in order to understand the way they approach issues, individuals & how they relate and find methods to address them. I believe in #humanity #freedom #peace & I understand that our society influences the way we interpret situations. Nevertheless the facts might be considered from various points but they’ll never change only our beliefs influence our perspectives inclining us to create double standards that serve our lives. #Occupation of any land isn’t acceptable & #imprisonment of people isn’t acceptable! Regardless of our need to justify unacceptable actions for political purposes. We should instead of justifying what’s not acceptable to us, try & admit we made mistakes & consider that we can create a wave of change that will on the long run serve us as well as those we are oppressing. I stand with #Palestine & I admire their courage, humanity in taking care of their communities & each other when they can hardly take care of themselves. #palesinians became a #symbol of #freedom #fighters #endurance & #empathy🇵🇸❤️
