🔍 Building a future-ready Regulator to Safeguard and Enhance the Future of Pensions! 🔍 I’m excited to share an update on one of the most challenging and rewarding programs I’ve been part of – designing and building a new, contemporary organisation to transform the regulatory landscape of pensions in the UK. While this journey is still very much in progress and with many challenges to overcome, it has been a privilege to engage in all the critical aspects of real organisational change strategy, including culture change, business strategy, leadership development, organisation design, team building, and change management. This project is a true test of the methods, know-how, and experience I’ve accumulated over the past 30 years.
