Excited to present GenVR's most powerful Hindi small language model, AryaBhatta-GemmaGenZ-Vikas:- https://lnkd.in/gitB7k8E Trained on a corpus of over 6 million instruction sets (5.5 million Hindi and 0.5 million Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and English), model is well trained to converse in 9 Indic languages and outperform on Hindi reasoning, human evaluations and hindi literature. Model shows enhanced performance on Hindi evaluation benchmarks, where we have benchmarked it on publicly available Indic LLM leaderboard by Cognitive labs:- https://lnkd.in/gYtNtyDA Where it outperforms our first model (GemmaOrca) by 4% and Meta-llama-3 (base model) by 2% on currently available Hindi benchmarks. As attached. Dataset for training this (Vikas dataset) was created entirely by university students ageing between 18-22 and hence the name (GenZ). And training happened on single A100 for 9 days, 17 hours.
